The Interior

There are four bedrooms, which comprise of:

1^st Master bedroom with King-size double bed, TV, en-suite & a walk in closet.

 

2^nd Master bedroom with King-size double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom & a walk in closet. This room also provides access to the lanai & pool.

 

Two rooms with twin beds that both have closets. Both rooms have TVs. One with a games console for your use

 

The plan below shows how well suited the villa is to a family vacation, there is plenty of space, so that family members do not crowd each other while you are around the villa.

The large family area is furnished with two large and comfortable sofas,  coffee table and large flat screen TV and DVD player, which are connected to a cable TV company providing more then 50 channels, there is also a telephone.  This area also provides access to the pool deck.

 

There is a Sofa bed in the family area, which sleeps 2.

 

 

All rooms are furnished with nightstands and there is ample hanging space in the walk in wardrobes.

 

The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower and there are plenty of towels, bed linen, hair dryers.  Pool towels must be provided by all guests.

 

The dining area is furnished with a brand new table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and all the usual small electrical appliances.  The cupboards are well stocked with crockery, glassware cutlery, pots and pans. 

 

The Utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

The Games Room consists of a quality pool table, electric air hockey, safety darts, large flat screen TV with cable & stylish seating area. The floor is covered in an outside quality carpet for comfort of use.
